Huge thanks to one of our Archangel babes for flagging this crazy news story, we’re obsessed! Be prepared to be MIND BLOWN, because Cake Angels have just caught wind of the cutest revelation in animal evolution, just in time for Easter…
Scientists have just confirmed the most FUR-rific news - a new breed of mythical rabbit has emerged! They’ve now taken the nation by storm, becoming the most ‘google-searched’ animal of all time and it’s all down to a cute little horn between their ears. While scientists are calling them the Icous Leporids (Latin for horned rabbit), Cake Angels and the media alike have now crowned this as the year of the Bunny-corn (move over unicorns, you’re so last week).
We’re not the only ones going mad for this magical moment. Fraudsters are filling our feeds with images of their pets with imitation horns and the rabbit pet market is set to grow by 20% (adopt sensibly everyone, a rabbit is for life, not just for Easter). Even David Attenborough’s film crew have been spotted setting up in locations from Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon all the way to Manchester, where a high number of bunny-corns have already been spotted.
If any of you Angels spot one or somehow manage to get an pic of the infamous rabbit-unicorn hybrid, then please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram @CakeAngelsUK. In true Cake Angels style, we’re dedicating our Easter bakes to the unicorn bunny and we’d be really excited to see your creations too! Tag us in your bunny-corn pictures and don’t forget to keep an eye out.
Calling all BAE-kers, it's time to join the Archangel revolution.
