Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake cases. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar with a handheld electric whisk until light and fluffy – about 5min. Gradually add eggs, beating well after each addition.
Fold in flour and cocoa. Spoon into cases and bake for 25-30min or until a skewer inserted into the centre of a cake comes out clean. Leave to cool.
For the filling, mix icing sugar with water and add red food colouring. This consistently need to be like custard.
Once the cupcakes are cool, core the middle of the cupcake and fill with runny icing. Ice with Cake Angels Chocolate Frosting and pour over Cake Angels Gorgeous Chocolate Mirror Glaze.
Decorate with Cake Angels Trick or Treat Sprinkles and Icing decorations.
