Makes a tray of fudge:

• 28g cream cheese
• 4 cups of sugar
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 340g chopped white chocolate
• ¾ cup chopped pecans
• Purple food colouring

 
For the decoration:

• Cake Angels Gorgeous Rainbow Sprinkles

STEPS

• Grease a 8x8 inch baking dish
• Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth then add food colouring
• Heat white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
• Fold melted white chocolate and pecans into cream cheese mixture and spread into prepared dish
• Chill for 1 hour, then cut into 1 inch squares
• Decorate using Cake Angels Rainbow Sprinkles
