Break the chocolate into a bowl set over a small saucepan of barely simmering water. Heat gently, without stirring, for 5 minutes or until melted. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes.
Hold the strawberry by its green stalk and dip into the chocolate, swirling to coat.
Carefully lay each piece on parchment paper.
Sprinkle with the some beautiful Cake Angels decorations.
Leave for the chocolate to set for approx 20 mins before easing away from the paper to transfer onto a serving plate.
Store in a cool place until required, best eaten within a few hours.
