Baking
Add the water, milk, caster sugar and butter into a saucepan
Allow the butter to melt, bring to the boil, then quickly slide the flour in and stir well.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. For a few minutes use a wooden spoon to beat the mixture until it forms a ball and pulls away cleanly from the sides of the pan.
Still off the heat, beat the eggs into the mixture until smooth and thick.
Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe or spoon circles of the mixture onto a greased baking tray.
Bake at 200°C(180°C for a fan oven) or gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and make a small hole in the underside of each bun to release any steam and create a space you can use to fill the buns.
Set aside to cool on a wire rack.
Decorating
Using a piping bag fill with Gorgeous Chocolate Frosting and pipe through the hole on the underside of the bun.
Stack them in a pyramid shape and drizzle over Glossy Chocolate Mirror Glaze
