how long will my products take to arrive?
We currently offer a next working day service if you order before 11:59am. This means the following:
If you order before 11:59am Monday-Thursday you will receive your order the next day e.g. if you order with us Wednesday at 10:55am you will receive your order Thursday.
If you order after 12pm Monday-Wednesday you will receive your order within 2 days. E.g. if you order Tuesday at 1:30pm you will receive your order by Thursday latest.
If you order between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Friday, you will receive your order Monday. E.g. if you order Friday at 2:30pm then you will receive your order Monday.
If you order any time between 12pm Friday and Monday 11:59am you will receive your order Tuesday.
Please be aware that this will be different for bank holidays.

do you deliver to outside the uk?
We now only offer delivery within Great Britain, this excludes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. If you would like to check whether we are able to ship to your address then please contact us at email@example.com.
what should i do if i am not SATISFIED with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your products then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we will look into this on a case-to-case bases. More detail can be found on our returns page.
what is the shelf life on your products?
Our company policy is that the goods should be sent out with at least 3 months shelf life left. If a product has less than 3 months life then we will make you aware of this in the product description and the product will likely be sold at a reduced cost.
Where are your products sourced?
All of our Cake Mixes and Posh Toppers are made in Britain. We try to source everything as locally as possible, however there are some ingredients that we have had to source internationally.
Some of your products contain palm oil, is this sustainable?
We are RSPO certified. Ask us for our RSPO certified products.
What do you mean when you say ‘No nasties. No compromise. Unbelievably good!’?
There are no artificial flavours or colours in our new products. Most of our products are now free from the food additive E171. We are hoping for all products to be free from E171 very soon.
what does 'no artificial colours or flavours' really mean?
No artificial colours or flavours means that the products contain no colourings or flavourings that are artificially synthesised, these products only contain colourings and flavourings that have been sourced from natural ingredients.
What makes your products ‘more natural’?
These products do not include any artificial flavours or colours. Our new Cake Mixes contain wholegrain flour and, where possible, we have used unrefined sugar. In our fruity cakes we have used real fruit pieces.
How are your products ‘planet friendly’?
Our Cake Angels Cake Mixes and Posh Toppers products are packaged in recyclable paper pouches, these products are manufactured in Britain which means there are less air miles behind them reducing carbon footprint.
Is your product packaging recyclable?
Packaging recyclability information is printed on the packaging for each individual product. This can be found on the images on individual product pages.
What do you mean when you say 'made with real fruit'?
Our Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake Mix includes freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Our Posh Toppers contain fruity pieces which have been made using real fruit purees.

Most of our cupcake kits are suitable for vegetarians. However, some use the natural colour “carmine” which is not suitable for vegetarians. Please see individual product pages for more information.

No, our cupcake kits do not contain any alcoholic ingredients.

No, our marshmallows are gluten free.

What does the 'may also contain' statement mean?
Although these ingredients are not purposefully added to our recipe, these ingredients are used on the same manufacturing site so just to be on the safe side we need to tell you about these.
which of your products are halAl?
Our Cake Angels Marshmallows are produced by a Halal certified supplier. Our other products may be suitable for Halal diets however, this is not currently certified. Full ingredients declarations for each of our products are available on each individual product pages.
are your products nut free?
Our site is a nut free site and we minimise the risk of cross contamination that may occur within our supply chain using nut-free suppliers where possible. Where this is not possible and the product may be exposed to nuts earlier on in the supply chain, it is stated on the product label "May contain nuts" or "Produced in a factory that handles nuts".
