Who we are Cake Angels is a brand under Fiddes Payne which is a food business located in the UK specialising in both Home Baking and the Savoury sector. Personal data we collect When you place an order online We will gather all the information that we need to process your order. (For example, email, name, delivery address, billing address, contact telephone number, products purchased). At present we only operate guest checkout therefore we do not collect usernames and passwords. We keep all of these details securely in our systems. The exception is payment details which are sent to and managed securely by our payment service provider. We do not keep a record of your credit card details except the last 4 digits of the card number for reference only. What we do with your data When you place an order online – fulfilling your order Primarily we use your data to fulfil your contract with you. We use your delivery address to send the goods to you; we use your email address to update you about your order; and phone number in some circumstances if there was a problem with your order. We retain your details for a reasonable period afterwards in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds or if you should need to contact us about your order in future.
