*If you don't have a microwave you can gently heat the glaze in a bain Marie stirring to ensure it heats evenly until fluid and warm to the touch. Be careful not to over heat.

HOW MANY TUBS OF MIRROR GLAZE DO I NEED TO FULLY COVER A CAKE?
1 tub of mirror glaze covers a 8"/20 cm round cake
2 tubs of mirror glaze cover a 12"/30 cm round cake
HOW LONG WILL THE MIRROR GLAZE STAY GLOSSY?
Our mirror glaze stays glossy for days and days! (even weeks) but from a food hygiene point of view we would recommend you dispose of it 5 days after opening the tub/applying to a cake.
Remember to keep your mirror glaze tub in the fridge after opening.
CAN I KEEP THE MIRROR GLAZE IN THE FRIDGE?
Yes, we advise that once opened you store the mirror glaze in the fridge. You can also keep your glazed cakes in the fridge, ideally covered with a plastic container (to avoid any dust). The fridge won't destroy the glossy mirror effect on your cakes.
