Strawberry and Cream Sponge Cake Kit 340g

  • 1 pack of Cake Angels Strawberry and Cream Flavoured Sponge Mix
  • 200ml water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs​​

To make the cake:
  1. Preheat the oven to 140°C (120°C fan oven), Gas Mark 4.
  2. Line two 20cm cake tins with baking parchment.
  3. Empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl, add the water, oil and eggs. Using a whisk, mix to make a smooth creamy batter.
  4. Put the tins in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes, until cooked through. Insert a knife into the center of the cake, it should come out clean.
  5. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

For extra indulgence top with vanilla buttercream and your favourite fresh fruit!
