1 pack of Cake Angels Strawberry and Cream Flavoured Sponge Mix
200ml water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 large eggs
To make the cake:
Preheat the oven to 140
°
C (120

C fan oven), Gas Mark 4.
Line two 20cm cake tins with baking parchment.
Empty the cake mix into a mixing bowl, add the water, oil and eggs. Using a whisk, mix to make a smooth creamy batter.
Put the tins in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes, until cooked through. Insert a knife into the center of the cake, it should come out clean.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
For extra indulgence top with vanilla buttercream and your favourite fresh fruit!
