Preheat the oven to 200 (180C fan) and line two large baking trays with parchment paper.
Empty all 4 of the sachets into a mixing bowl. Add in 2 large eggs, 80mls of oil and mix together with a fork to form the cookie dough. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Remove the cookie dough from the fridge, then lightly roll in the palm of your hands into 10 evenly sized balls. They should resemble the size of a golf ball (4cm diameter).
Bake the balls in the oven for 10-12 minutes, in batches of 4-5 per lined tray. This gives the cookies space to spread to around 8cm in diameter.
Leave the cookies to cool on the tray on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
