•2 Cake mix sachets •1 Salted Caramel pieces sachet •80ml Water •100ml Vegetable Oil •2 large eggs •1 mashed banana
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (160 fan oven) and line a 2lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
Empty all sachets (salted banoffee cake mix and salted caramel pieces) into a mixing bowl. Add the water, oil, eggs and mashed banana.
Use a whisk to mix and make a smooth creamy batter.
Use a spatula to empty the cake mix into the loaf tin, smoothing the batter out so it goes all the way to the edges of the tin.
Place the tin in the pre-heated oven and bake for 45 minutes, until cooked through. Insert a clean knife into centre of the cooked cake and it should come out clean.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on wire rack before cutting into 10 equal portions.
