•2 Cake mix sachets •1 Salted Caramel Pieces sachet •80ml Water •100ml Veg Oil •2 large eggs •1 banana sliced
Preheat oven to 180 (160 fan) and line your muffin tray with 10 cases.
Empty the salted banoffee cake mix sachets into a mixing bowl, add the water, oil and eggs. Using a whisk, mix to make a smooth creamy batter.
Using a spoon evenly distribute the cake mix into your 10 muffin cases. Use a second spoon to help scrape the mix from the first spoon. Each case should be around three quarters full.
Evenly distribute slices of banana and the salted caramel pieces into the middle of each batter filled muffin case.
Bake the muffins in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for around 24 minutes until cooked through. Insert a clean knife into centre of cake and it should come out clean.
Leave the muffins to cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
